Reliable Open Source for Commercial use

Today I want to share with a company that implements open source software for commercial IT solutions, OpenIT. I'm a big Open Source fan and not such a big evangelist (only 5 of my friends dumped IE for the Fox …) I always like it when a company that knows its way around non open source software turns to open source solutions, I'm far from being a software expert, I have a small amount of experience and zero to non knowledge about programming, and still I use open source software with great success fun, and ease.

It's time that more people, business, and governments turn open source and start understanding the power of the crowed.

Just look at this article about how easily the French police saved millions , how many police busts would it take to catch such a Loot? How many more policemen will walk the streets thanks to this choice?

Guess it's all about making the right desicison, OpenIT put in perfect words:

Download Firefox (It's 10 times better and faster then IE), try out Ubuntu (Just as good as windows), use http://www.openoffice.org/ " title="Download OpenOffice">OpenOffice (before it disappears, and help us keep it alive), and blog with Drupal, they are all as good or better then there commercial relatives.
